As me and my boyfriend got out of the car to grab some ice cream from the (bask in Robbins part) the guy ran to the door and locked in front of us 15 minutes before they close. Went into the drive threw and I asked the girl what kind of soft served they had and she said that basin Robbins was closed but Dunkin Donuts was open? From what I seen on the window sign they both had the same store hours? Was just simply rude.

If my husband didn't love ice cream so much I would have cut ties with this place at least a year ago. The older gentleman that works nights will tell you "no" to orders in the drive-thru if he doesn't want to make it or doesn't want to look to see if there is that ice cream flavor. We've been in earlier and one of the employees told us people complain about him all the time. I assume he is the owner cause the employee just shrugged and told us to not come after the doors lock. Besides a few other small ticks, the other day we went 20 minutes before 10; when the inside closes but the drive-thru is open 24 hours (so they aren't technically closing). As we were approching the door, 2 other cars were parking in the lot and the worker came to the door and locked it. Really? I don't understand that logic of locking your doors (20 minutes early) on customers walking towards you when you will be there all night anyways. I know it's not his business and could care less and now I could care less about that business.

I do not get coffee here! Or any other DD FYi Ive been getting the butter pecan iced latte w/ an extra shot of espresso. Other DDs usually never mix the latte good i can see everything sinking to the bottom but this location always does a great job at doing so! Its close to where I work. The only real complaint i have is that they are reallllllly SLOW but other than they have friendly service.

Worst location ever. The other night we tried to get some frozen yogurt from the Baskin Robbins part. An older Indian man was screaming through the speaker at us "WHAT DO YOU WANT!?!?" over and over again. He eventually told us to pull forward so we didn't waste his time. He sounded insane. While we finally got our order to him we watched 3 cars pull away from the drive thru after they experienced what must have been similar crazy rants from the guy! The one milkshake we got tasted like it was all milk! Avoid at all costs.

Their good as long as u don't ask for a decaf coffee, I always ask if its fresh cos I will wait with no problems if its not. But I hate when I drive away & the coffee is old, I drink enough coffee that all I have to do is look at it or smell it & I can tell. My mistake is trusting that they want good customer satisfaction, 3 x's ivd gotten bad coffee from this one & it won't happen again cos I will never go back to them again. 1mile down the road is Tim's & McDonald's so i have other options

On the way to the airport at 2am, we decide to go out of our way to try out the infamous Dunkin Donuts, knowing that a location still doesn't exist in Southern California. After some research we find out there's a 24 hour location not too far from where we're at. We park and find out by 24 hour, they mean their drive thru is open 24 hours. Okay, fine. So we pull up to the drive thru only to find out everything BUT donuts are listed on the menu. What the hell do you offer?! You offer breakfast fare and tons of coffee. You list cookies and croissants, but what kind of donuts do you have?! We decide to gamble and request a standard chocolate dipped. "We're out of donuts. We have cookies, croissants and muffins. would you like a cookie, croissant or muffin?" HOW DO YOU RUN OUT OF DONUTS AT 2AM. Also I dont want a croissant. It's not called Dunkin Croissants. Dunkin Donut mission fail.
